Tangerine 29er Single Speed

Matty C’s Tangerine 29er Single Speed is the first mountain bike I built in Park City. After many years of furious abuse, hard riding, and wet put-aways, Matt thought this cream-puff deserved a new coat of powder.  Let’s check the past and see where we came from. Slack, low, and stubby.  Slacker steer tube, with a low stand over height, and short chain stays. I still like all that stuff, it’s shred ready i.e. more stable at speeds and quicker around turns.

The True Temper, Ox Platinum and Verus HT tubes continue to give this thoroughbred, trail compliance, wind up power, and Matt smiles.  Collars and gussets for strength, Paragon sliding drop for versatility and sex appeal. The hand cut head badge is still an option if silver isn’t your thing.
